Whodunit?! This course will give you a chance to explore the murder mysteries of some of the most famous authors in the genre, from Arthur Conan Doyle to Agatha Christie. We will get our magnifying glasses out in investigating some famous literature and some cinematic adaptations to puzzle out the key elements of a perfect murder! The course will develop your analytical, critical thinking and creative writing skills, and there may be the odd mystery to solve along the way! Get ready to exercise those little grey cells!

Tutor Profile

David Bennett obtained a BA in Classics from Durham University before going on to do a PGCE and MEd at Cambridge. He has taught at The Perse since 2016 and is currently Head of Form (Lower Sixth). He has an abiding love of mysteries, be they the fiction of Agatha Christie or an escape room!
