Even Mary Berry and Nigella Lawson had to start somewhere! From cupcakes to traybakes, cookies to cheesecakes, this course explores an extensive range of baking techniques and it aims to give young people an exciting and successful start to their baking career. Each session will focus on working through the terminology and techniques used in recipes of varying complexities, following them logically to produce a scrumptious masterpiece! All you need to bring is an apron if you’ve got one and we will cover the rest. A folder of recipes used will be provided for annotation throughout the week for all to take away (along with your tasty treats, if they survive!)
