Whether you are a seasoned golfer or an inquisitive beginner, the golf academy at Kingsway Cambridge Golf Centre (formerly Cambridge Lakes Golf Course) will help you to learn and improve your game. The course will concentrate on the core aspects of the game such as driving, iron play, chipping, putting and bunker shots. Loan clubs are included in the price if required and will be provided on arrival at Cambridge Lakes. Transport between The Perse and Kingsway will also be provided.

Children are to register at The Perse school, please do not drop your child off / collect your child from Kingsway Golf Centre.

Tutor Profile

Sean Park has been running The Perse School’s golf team since 2013. He has played golf since childhood, achieved a handicap of 1, represented his previous club in league matches and continues to play recreationally when time allows.. The Perse’s Senior Golf Team has enjoyed notable success in recent years, reaching the ISGA National Finals in the 2019-20 season. Sean Park, Director of Cricket at The Perse, has taken the lead in running the senior golf team. He is a big believer in making golf as fun and as accessible as possible, taking great pride in seeing the progression of players as they move through the school. This course will also be an opportunity to receive expert tuition from the golf professional at Kingsway Golf Centre.
