We will use a range of food material, ingredients, kits to plan, prepare, cook and share the interesting story and culture. All you need is a little creativity and we will help with the rest. At the end of the week you can take home your cooking complete with authentic flavour to delight your family and friends.
Sarah Li obtained her degree in Second Language Acquisition at Guangxi Teachers Education University and completed her MA in Phonology, Applied Linguistics at the University of Essex. She joined The Perse in 2019 and teaches Chinese. Sarah continues to enjoy Chinese traditional water paints, Chinese calligraphy and cooking in her spare time.
