Stop motion, cut outs, claymations, illustrated animation: this course celebrates animation in all its forms! Animation charms audiences young and old. There will be lots of practical workshops, teaching you to create your own animations, resulting in a final animated film all based on your own ideas and newly developed creative filmmaking skills.

Through her company ‘Young Film Crew’ Femke Cole offers filmmaking workshops for young people, inspiring the next generation of filmmakers. Femke holds a first-class degree in Film & Digital Cinematography and has worked on BBC drama Holby City, HBO hit Game of Thrones, as well as a number of international documentaries, short films and commercials. She is looking forward to another Summer School this year!
