Exploring historical events by creating and playing board games

In this course students will examine historical events through an innovative new lens- the creation of new historically-based board games. We will analyse existing board games with historical themes, select areas and events of particular interest to the students and construct and design our own series of games. This course will offer the opportunity to develop collaborative, creative and research skills while also extending depth of historical knowledge.
