Biology - Hidden World of The Perse

TUTORS: Alison Stewart

Find out about the organisms inhabiting The Perse Upper- from the microscopic to the human!

Be prepared to study the biology of the organisms present in our community. We will look at all forms of life including culturing microbes, investigating invertebrates, analysing plant life, considering mammal and bird habitats and even looking at some human biology. This course should serve as an introduction to various lab techniques, some time to be creative, as well as plenty of outdoor ecology work. This will be interspersed with fun quizzes and even some sharing of favourite Attenborough moments!
