Cookery courses - bring your own (named) apron if you wish but we have plenty of spare ones if needed. You may bring a large Tupperware/box to take your food home, according to the health and safety requirements of that particular dish - sometimes we can't let you take it as it needs to be temperature-controlled.
Joanna Jeffels joined the support staff team at The Perse Upper in September 2021. Prior to this she has worked alongside a professional pastry chef at a Scottish lodge and also as a chalet girl in the Alps. More recently she has run the school baking classes in a primary school for over five years.
Dani Creese has been working as a biology teacher at The Perse for the last 14 years and is a senior member of the pastoral team. She loves to bake, especially anything chocolate-themed, and is excited to share her passion for creating delectable food with others.
